Game day and concerts
Driveways and garages within a walk of the gate. Tailgate-ready spots, plate-matched passes, and a Lyft to the gate and back.
LotLord connects drivers headed to the game, the show or the airport with homeowners who have a spot. Every listing is measured, so it fits your car. Booked in advance, paid up front.
Driveways and garages within a walk of the gate. Tailgate-ready spots, plate-matched passes, and a Lyft to the gate and back.
A host’s driveway minutes from the terminal, by the night or the week. A Lyft to departures instead of a shuttle, and your car is where you left it.
Opening near Logan and Manchester
A reserved spot near work, campus or the hospital, by the day or the month. Hosts open it on the days they are at work too.
Opening after game day
Games and shows pulled from the league schedules. Pick an event, see the driveways and garages that fit your car, and book before you leave.
Full pictures of every spot so drivers know exactly what they're booking.
Book by the hour, day or event. Like a room booking, just for parking.
Charge more for high-demand locations and dates. You know your street.
Every driver has a verified ID, plate and card on file before they arrive.
Host guarantee on your property. Condition photos at arrival and departure.
Hosts and guests rate each other. Trust goes in both directions.
Hosts measure the spot once: length, width and the clearance under any roof. You pick your vehicle and only the spots it fits show up, so a lifted truck and a Miata never book the same driveway.
Try a vehicle against four common spots.
Reserving ahead is table stakes now. The differences are in what happens before you book and after you pull in.

In tough times, LotLord helps everyday people earn from what they already have: a safe place to park. Not a parking company. Your driveway.
List your driveway. Set your price. Help your community.
Estimates use typical local event counts and lot prices. Your numbers depend on your street and your price.
Nearby lots charge about $50. Hosts usually price a little under that.
A typical stadium runs 8 to 12 home dates plus concerts. Set this to how often you'd actually open the spot.
A flat fee per plug-in, no metering needed. We assume 1 in 4 bookings adds charging; adjust the fee to what your electricity costs you.
An EV driver arriving at a seven-hour event would rather leave with a full battery than hunt for a public charger afterward. If you already have a charger in your driveway, you can charge for using it.
A Level 2 charger (240 V) on its own circuit, installed by an electrician. Level 1 wall outlets qualify too, at a lower fee. You tell us the plug type, J1772 or Tesla NACS, so only matching cars can book it.
You set one flat fee per charging session, typically $8 to $15 for a Level 2. No meter, no kWh math. The driver adds it at booking and it's paid up front with the parking, same 15% fee.
The driver confirms they'll use their own cable and that charging is at their own risk. Your charger is photographed at check-in and check-out like the rest of the spot, so any damage to it is on record.
Homeowners, renters with permission, and businesses near venues, airports and busy neighborhoods list their driveways, carports, garages and lots. You search by event or address, pick your vehicle, and only spots that fit show up. Pay in the app, follow directions to the exact entrance, photograph the car on arrival, and go.
Hosts measure the usable length, width and overhead clearance once. You pick your vehicle from a catalog of 487 models with verified dimensions. The app adds room to open a door and clear a roof, then hides any listing you wouldn't fit.
Your parking pass, the entrance photo and the directions are saved on the phone when you book. Nothing on game day needs a connection.
Only at listings marked tailgate-ready. The host sets the rules: earliest arrival, grills, coolers, restroom access, music. Those rules are part of the booking you agree to.
Open the booking and tap support. We contact the host and the other driver, and rebook you nearby if the spot can't be cleared in time. Your photos and the plate on the booking settle who was where.
Event bookings cancel free until 11:59 p.m. the day before the event. Hourly and daily bookings cancel free up to one hour before your start time.
Nothing to list. LotLord takes 15% of your price on each booking. Overstay fees are paid to you in full. Pause one event or the whole listing whenever you like.
Probably, and we make that easy. Renting your driveway can count as business use of your home, and some insurers want to know. When you list, we give you a short note to send your agent. Most hosts hear back that nothing changes. Damage to a guest's car is covered by the driver's own auto policy, and LotLord's host guarantee covers damage to your property.
Yes, with your landlord's written okay. You upload it during setup and your listing shows a "permission verified" badge. The same goes for HOA rules if you have them.
After a 15-minute grace period the driver is billed a flat overstay fee for every started hour, and it goes to you. You never confront anyone or tow on your own: support handles it from the app, so it's on record.
Rules vary by city. Some require a permit for residential event parking or cap the number of cars; most have no rule at all. When you list, we check your address against the rules we know for your area and walk you through any permit before your listing goes live.
A typical EV takes 20 to 40 kWh over an event-day stay on a Level 2 charger. At average US residential electricity rates that's roughly $3 to $8 of power, so a $10 to $15 session fee covers it with margin even in high-rate areas. The calculator above lets you try your own fee.
Payouts go through Stripe: instantly to your debit card at check-in, or free to your bank the next business day. If you earn over the IRS reporting threshold in a year, Stripe sends you a 1099-K, and your dashboard shows a running total so it's never a surprise.
We open one neighborhood at a time, wherever enough hosts sign up. Leave your details and we'll walk you through measuring and photographing the spot on a call when your area opens.
